What to expect from Role

• Ability to coach teams through the software development life cycle using Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices
• Experience in managing a team of 15+ on large projects distributed across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Significant Experience working in a product-based organization/start-up
• Should have delivered large and complex applications
• Should have worked on both Software Development and Maintenance Projects.
• You will be comfortable with traditional Agile Practices like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements:

• 8+Experience in Project Development& Scrum Master
• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Should be very comfortable with both Kanban and Agile Scrum practices.
• Should be able to communicate cross-functionally and be able to resolve conflicts, help the team resolve issues, and priorities activities depending upon product needs.
• Key Skills: Kanban, Scrum Master, Team Management, Jira, Stakeholder management.
• Certifications such as CSPO, PMP, Prince2, ACP, and SAFe are preferred

Job Location:

• Pune
• Work from Home (few days in a month)

Salary Range:

• CTC: 15 lakhs depending on experience
