Systems Plus Transformations Ltd have developed the ‘Agent System’ for our customer,  a safari operator. The solution will allow our customer to expand their B2B channel by bringing on independent agencies on to the platform and provide a standardised, seamless, and positive experience to the agencies when booking safari holidays on behalf of their customers. It will improve communications between all stakeholders and allow real time sharing of information between the agents and our customer.. The solution is developed to be bespoke and a standalone product, allowing for simple customisations and integration points with different channels (e.g., ecommerce platform).  This is a platform that allows the business to be at the forefront of digital innovation.

The issues the Agent System set out to resolve:

• Reduce time taken to search and book a holiday.
• Reduce email and telephone exchanges between the agencies and the tour operator.
